Installations Coordinator - Home Electrification

As we continue to grow nationally, we're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially mindedInstallations Coordinatorto join our Byron Bay Head Office.
This is a fast-paced coordination role where you'll be right in the middle of the action, managing installer schedules, customers, contractors and last-minute changes to make sure installations happen smoothly and on time.

The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for coordinating60+ installations per weekacross our national network.
No two days will look exactly the same.
You might be locking in installer availability, rearranging a schedule after a cancellation, speaking with a customer about their install, onboarding a recent contractor or solving an issue before it becomes a bigger one.
You'll work closely with ourTechnical, Logistics, Customer Service and Installations teamsto keep everything moving.

What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling and confirming installer availability nationwide
Coordinating60+ installations each week
Managing daily and weekly scheduling changes
Rescheduling appointments when plans inevitably move around
Managing inbound calls and messages from customers and contractors
Confirming installation dates and negotiating rearrangements when required




Troubleshooting issues quickly and keeping customers informed
Managing expectations across customers, installers and internal teams
Finding solutions that keep installations moving and customers happy
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen.
You'll ideally have:
2+ years' experiencein scheduling, coordination, project coordination, account management, cutomer service or BDM-style roles
Strong customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to negotiate when required
The ability to build rapport quickly with customers and contractors
Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
A calm approach when plans change at the last minute
Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness
Confidence learning and working across different systems
A proactive, self-starting attitude
Salesforce experience is a bonus, but not essential.
