In this role, you will play a vital part in providinghigh-quality, person-centred supportto NDIS participants across a variety of settings.
You will support participants with daily living activities, personal care, community access, household tasks, social participation, and achieving their individual goals while promoting choice, dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
We are looking for Support Workers who arepassionate about helping others, dependable, respectful, and committed to delivering exceptional care.




You should be confident working independently as well as part of a team, have strong communication skills, and be willing to build positive relationships with participants, families, and other members of the In Care team.
Experience inSupported Independent Living (SIL), complex support needs, personal care, or community participationis highly regarded, however we also welcome applicants who are passionate about entering or developing their career in the disability support sector.Yellow Card,Blue Card,Drivers Licenseand completion ofNDIS Orientation Modulesis essential.
