Finance Manager | Gold Coast | Global Retail Brand

Our client is a well-established, globally recognised retail brand with a growing footprint across Australia and international markets. Off the back of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take true ownership of their Australian finance function.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely autonomous leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a key part in shaping the business as it continues to scale both locally and globally. Ideal for a commercially minded finance qualified who wants real influence, not just a seat at the table.

Key responsibilities:

n

n
Take ownership of the day-to-day finance function across the Australian business, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all financial activities
n
Lead and develop a small, close-knit team
n
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets and forecasts
n
Manage cash flow, working capital and financial planning
n
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll,



reconciliations and general ledger activities
n
Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation and regulatory obligations
n
Provide financial analysis and commercial insights that genuinely influence business decisions
n

About you:

n

n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within retail
n
CPA/CA qualified, with a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
n
Solid experience with contemporary ERP systems
n
Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and comfortable navigating ambiguity
n
Robust communicator with a collaborative, patient approach and the ability to build relationships quickly
n
