Job Description

TLC Healthcare is seeking a proactive Billings & Collections Officer (Accounts Receivables) for a full time role in Melbourne CBD. You will manage resident billing, accounts receivable, and debt recovery while ensuring adherence to aged care regulations and internal policies.

Reporting to the Resi Finance Team Leader, you will investigate queries, maintain records, and generate AR reports. Solid Excel skills and stakeholder collaboration are essential to drive timely payments and compliance.
