Palliative Care Physician – Registrar/PHO (Palliative Care Medicine)

Location: Metropolitan ACT Hospital
Contract dates: 02 June **** to 14 June ****, and 20 July **** to 26 July ****.
Hourly rate: AUD 160.
On‐call days: additional AUD 160 per day.
Requirements: Completed DHR training in advance; registered with AHPRA; right to work in Australia.
Responsibilities
Primarily work in the Home‐Based Palliative Care Service alongside specialist nurses, a nurse practitioner and a palliative care specialist.
Provide on‐call remote telephone support and remote charting for patients in the 20‐bed inpatient palliative care unit.
Specialist support is available during all on‐call periods.
Travel and accommodation provided.
