Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $133,348 to $146,945 + super

The role
Join the Office of the Deputy Secretary and play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic priorities across the Property, Workplace and Development group.
In this role, you'll coordinate executive approvals, manage reporting and governance processes, prepare high-quality briefings and correspondence, and provide trusted advice on current and emerging issues.
No two days are the same, with a mix of executive support, project work and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Deputy Secretary, senior executives and a wide range of business partners, you'll need to quickly interpret complex information, exercise sound judgement and deliver clear, concise advice.
You'll help coordinate priorities across the group, manage competing demands and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support effective decision-making and organisational outcomes.

Senior Project Officer
What you will bring to the role
Exceptional written communication skills,with the ability to prepare and review high-quality briefs, reports and executive correspondence, and translate complex information into clear, practical advice.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with senior executives, business partners and government stakeholders.
Proven project management and coordination experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities, navigate changing demands and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with sound judgement, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to broader team objectives.
Experience in government, executive support, governance, approvals or similar environments will be highly regarded.
