Our client is seeking reliable Process Workers for an ongoing casual opportunity based in Mansfield, Brisbane Southside. This is a Monday to Friday afternoon shift role offering regular rostered hours, weekly pay, and a genuine pathway to permanent employment for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Processing and handling products in a rapid-paced environment
n
Following documented procedures and work instructions accurately
n
Conducting quality checks and identifying inconsistencies
n
Packaging, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch
n
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
Adhering to workplace safety and quality standards
n




Working collaboratively within a team to meet production targets
n

About You

n

n
Previous process work, manufacturing, or production experience highly regarded
n
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
Comfortable following written procedures and accurately completing production documentation
n
Transparent communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructionsReliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing employment
n
Available to work Monday to Friday afternoon shifts
