Job Description

QBD Books is seeking a proactive Duty Team Leader for its Kotara store in NSW. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, prioritising exceptional customer experiences, store standards and smooth shift execution.

This hands-on role develops your leadership while guiding a team to deliver memorable service. You will deliver warm, confident customer service, champion ACE behaviours, drive add-on sales and coordinate rosters, breaks and stock.
