Job Description

Barunga Village is seeking a Senior Compliance and Risk Officer to lead compliance and risk initiatives across the organisation. You will strengthen governance, tracking obligations, and support accreditation processes to ensure secure, high-quality resident care.

The role reports to the Director of Operational Services and involves coordinating risk management, audits, reporting to the Board, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
