The Role

We are seeking an experienced Residence Manager to lead a residential aged care home, driving excellence in clinical care, operational performance, compliance, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the residence, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
n
Provide leadership across clinical governance, quality, compliance, and risk management.
n
Manage workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, and team development.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes.
n
Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
n
Oversee accreditation requirements, audits,



incident management, and regulatory reporting.
n

About You
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Residence Manager within residential aged care.
n
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and clinical governance frameworks.
n
Proven experience leading accreditation and quality improvement programs.
n
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to drive performance, accountability, and resident-focused outcomes.
