Job Description
VACCA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for the Deadly Steps Forward program in Preston.
The role delivers trauma-informed, holistic case management for Aboriginal youth at bail and through court proceedings, coordinating plans and supports to improve justice outcomes.
You will work with Aboriginal communities, police, agencies and families, bringing empathy, cultural safety and solid communication to every interaction.
A relevant degree in Case Management or Therapeutic Practices is required.
