Responsibilities

Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service through face‐to‐face interactions and phone support.
n
Strengthen customer connections to the CAT brand by consistently exceeding expectations.
n
Diligently manage emergency back orders and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and urgency.
n
Support the reconciliation of cash sale account entries to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
n
Contribute to efficient daily operations through general warehouse duties.
n

Qualifications

Commitment to maintaining a No Harm Environment at all times.

Ability to uphold a safe, clean, and well‐organised workspace.
n
Familiarity with CAT products, parts, and services is desirable.
n




Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
n
Intermediate computer skills to support daily tasks.
n
Self‐motivation and ability to understand and operate within business systems.
n
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Well‐developed verbal and written communication skills.
n
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
