About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Project Architect with proven experience in the Health + Science sector to join our Melbourne team, which is delivering exceptional results in this field.
Ideally, you are adept at both design and project delivery, with the capability to guide projects from inception to completion—including leading teams, engaging clients, and coordinating with consultants.
Your interpersonal and cooperative approach is just as crucial to us as your technical and creative abilities; we value individuals who are passionate about design and strive for excellence in outcomes.
A robust working knowledge of Revit is essential, along with the ability to produce and support the development of comprehensive and well-considered documentation packages.
Our studio's location ensures an easy commute, as we are just a short walk from Southern Cross and Flagstaff stations, as well as Bourke and Collins Street trams.

General Duties
Play a key role in client briefings, workshops, design, and design development
Manage and deliver projects from all stages: concept design, design development, documentation, on‐site construction management, with experience working on Health sector projects
Lead and manage your own folio of projects with a team underneath you, and work closely with our Partners




Liaise with clients, consultants and other external stakeholders
Contribute to the ongoing development and mentoring of other staff
Prepare presentations and communicate designs in multiple forms; Revit, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, VR, etc.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Senior Registered Architect who can apply their strong design, design development and construction knowledge into something that is inspiring yet functional.
You have previous experience on Health projects and are familiar with AusHFGs, dRofus and the nuances this type of work demands.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
Demonstrated high level of expertise in Revit
Minimum 8 years Architectural Experience, with proven experience in Health sector
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering designs from briefing to project handover
Demonstrated experience in working with Project Managers and Consultants as part of a larger design team
A good understanding of the fundamental BCA's and related building regulations and specifications
Experience in design development and construction detailing
Excellent communication skills
Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required
Rendering and visualisation skills will also be highly regarded
