Your Role:

n

As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will:

n

n
Represent clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, medical negligence, and other personal injury matters.
n
Handle all aspects of case management, including client consultations, legal research, drafting,



negotiations, and courtroom representation.
n
Work closely with support staff to deliver exceptional service.
n
Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their injuries.
n
The chance to work on matters from CTP claims, workers compensation claims, public liability claims, TPD claims, amongst other areas.
n

n

Essential experience in workers compensation and TPD claims is required.

n

What We're Looking For:

n

A qualified lawyer with 3+ years PAE of sound understanding of relevant NSW CTP legislation (post 2017).
n
Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
n
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with strong organizational skills.
n
A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and commitment to achieving justice for clients.
n
Demonstrate initiative and take pride in your work.
n
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
n
Current NSW legal practising certificate is required at time of application.
n
Experience in intermediate hearing advocacy is required.
