Delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between
n
Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors
n
Completing a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different. From selling the Hotel's facilities to maintaining guest accounts
n
Perform duties of Night Audit, room controllers and porterage service
n
Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
n
Assisting our guests with our self-check in kiosks
n
Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and advantages and signed up to the loyalty program
