An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Landscaper Leading Hand/Supervisor to join our growing construction company based in Thomastown, with projects located throughout Melbourne.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with solid landscape construction experience who can supervise crews, coordinate daily site activities and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and productivity.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for leading and working alongside a landscaping crew across a range of civil and landscape projects, including but not limited to:
n
n
Soft and hard landscaping
n
Paving
n
Retaining walls
n
Earthworks
n
Concreting
n
Reading and interpreting plans
n
Coordinating labour, materials and equipment
n
n
To be considered for this position, you must have:
n
n
Extensive experience in landscape construction
n
Previous experience in a Foreman or Leading Hand role
n
Strong knowledge of both civil and landscape construction
n
Ability to supervise and motivate a small crew
n
Experience reading and working from construction plans
n
Certificate III in Landscaping
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Current Construction White Card
n
Current driver's licence (truck licence and machinery tickets highly regarded)
n
