ABOUT THE POSITION
Step into a role where you'll be supported by a team of highly talented and skilled Architects and Associates/Directors. You will work on large scale nationally recognised multi-residential, aged-care and hotel projects. This is a hands‐on role where your expertise will shape delivery outcomes. Initially you will work on DA stages, with strong opportunity for construction stage exposure.
DUTIES
Produce DA & CC documentation packages
Support Project Architects in ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery across all phases
Strong opportunity for coordination with consultants, and other stakeholders
Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Tertiary qualification in Architecture, required
Strong in-studio competency in Revit
Strong understanding of NSW building codes
Proven 4+ years' experience in multi-residential, mixed-use and/or aged care projects
