We're partnering with a respected commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across Sydney as they are seeking anAssistant Contract Administratorto join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging construction professional looking to develop their commercial skills, gain exposure to complex projects, and work alongside experienced industry professionals in a supportive environment.
The Role
Assist with subcontractor procurement, tendering and contract administration activities
Support the preparation of subcontract agreements, variations and progress claims
Assist with project cost tracking, reporting and financial administration
Maintain accurate project documentation and records through Procore
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, subcontractors and consultants
Support the delivery of projects from procurement through to completion
About You
1-3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator, Assistant Contract Administrator or similar role
Experience within commercial construction preferred




Strong understanding of construction processes and contract administration principles
Solid communication skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach
Experience usingProcoreor similar construction management platforms highly regarded
Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline preferred
