Retail Manager, Assistant Manager and Sales Assistants

A brand-new retail destination is coming to Wagga Wagga, and we're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join our founding team.

We're currently recruiting for a range of positions, including:

About the Role

n

n
Providing outstanding customer service.
n
Merchandising and maintaining an inviting store presentation.
n
Processing sales and assisting customers with product enquiries.
n
Receiving and replenishing stock.
n
Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
n
Supporting day-to-day store operations.
n
Contributing ideas to help grow the business.
n
Assisting with the store's social media and online presence, including creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.
n
For leadership roles: coaching and motivating the team, rostering,



achieving sales targets and overseeing daily operations.
n

About You

Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
n
Are reliable, motivated and take pride in their work.
n
Have solid communication skills.
n
Enjoy working in a rapid-paced retail setting.
n
Are confident using social media platforms or are eager to learn.
n
Can work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Retail experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
