Job Description

Metro North Health seeks a Casual Ambassador to provide patient-focused, empathetic interactions within clinical areas. The role supports a multidisciplinary team and contributes to high-quality care while promoting a protected and respectful setting.

The position focuses on proactive patient and visitor engagement to reduce aggressive behaviour, using de-escalation techniques and respectful communication. Training and ongoing support are provided within Protective Services.
