A secure and rapidly growing International Freight Forwarder is seeking a seasoned Import Operations Specialist to service Import LCL/FCL/Airfreight customers. Located in Tullamarine, VIC.

About the role:
n
n
Handle FCL / LCL import shipments from local arrival through to delivery and billing.
n
Ensure shipments are customs cleared and ready for delivery.
n
Liaise with shipping lines, co-loaders and transport companies
n
Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.
n
Assist customers with any enquiries
n
Utilise CW1 and PAVE
n
n
About you:
n
n
2+ years Import sea local Freight Forwarder experience
n
1+ years experience with Cargowise1
n
Robust attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and computer skills
n
Adaptable
n
Excellent Customer Service skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
n
