National Property Logistics manages a large portfolio of trustee-owned and institution-managed properties throughout Australia, including regional and remote locations.

As our portfolio and operational footprint continue to expand nationally, we are seeking a Business Consultant to support organisational growth through process optimization, operational improvement, supplier strategy and business performance initiatives.
n
The primary purpose of this position is to review existing business operations, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that improve efficiency, consistency and customer outcomes across the organization.

THE CHANCE
n
The Business Consultant will work closely with management to analyse current systems, review business performance and develop scalable operational processes across the business.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Review and evaluate current business systems, operational structures and service delivery processes.
n




Identify organisational inefficiencies and develop practical solutions.
n
Analyse workflows and recommend revised operating procedures.
n
Conduct operational reviews and prepare recommendations.
n
Develop and implement templates and process documentation.
n
Support implementation of approved business improvement initiatives.
n
Analyse operational and contractor performance data and KPI reporting.
n
Consult with internal teams and support onboarding and training.
n
Develop supplier engagement strategies nationally.
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or equivalent experience.
n
Experience in consulting, operations improvement, procurement or process optimisation.
n
Strong analytical capability.
n
Experience preparing KPI reporting.
n
n
