Reporting to the National Safety & Compliance Manager, you'll work closely with operational leaders across multiple sites, supporting the ongoing development of the WHS Management System, driving compliance, and contributing to a positive safety culture.

The Role
n
n
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the WHS Management System.
n
Coordinating incident investigations and identifying corrective actions.
n
Monitoring WHS compliance, legislation and safety documentation.
n
Supporting inductions,



training coordination and competency management.
n
Assisting with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and fleet safety initiatives.
n
Analysing safety data and preparing reports to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
n

About You
n
n
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or currently working towards).
n
Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing or heavy vehicle operations.
n
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
n
Current Australian Driver Licence.
