This role is ideal for someone with hands-on automotive dealership Sales & Admin experience who enjoys systems, problem solving, and helping others improve how they work.
n
You may currently be working as a:

Business Manager / F&I; Manager
n
Dealer Principal's Administrator or Dealership Administrator
n
Accounts / Finance Administrator (dealership)
n
Vehicle Stock Controller
n
...and be looking to transition out of dealership operations into a customer-facing technology role.
n
n
As a Customer Support & Implementation Representative, you will support dealership customers using our Dealer Management Systems and associated applications, helping them troubleshoot issues, optimise workflows, and successfully adopt our software solutions.
n
We are specifically looking for someone who understands dealership operations and workflows, is comfortable with systems, and enjoys working with customers.
n
In addition to customer support, this role also includes implementation and project work such as customer onboarding, training, go-live support, workshops, and solution rollouts.
n
The role supports customers across Australia,
New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, with project work delivered both remotely and occasionally onsite.
n
The position requires moderate travel availability of *****% for onsite customer support, go-lives, and workshops.
n
Candidates must have existing Australian work authorisation at the time of application.

What You Will Be Doing
n
As Customer Support & Implementation Representative, you will:
n
n
Provide high-quality customer support to dealership Sales & Admin users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
n
Troubleshoot system, workflow, and process issues related to our Dealer Management Systems and associated products
n
Manage and elevate more complex issues through appropriate internal support and product teams
n
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions, troubleshooting activity, and resolutions
n
Assist with software implementation activities including:n
n
system setup and configuration
n
customer onboarding
n
data validation
n
testing support
n
go-live readiness
n
remote and onsite deployment assistance
n
n
Deliver customer training sessions, workshops, and post-go-live support
n
Work closely with Support, Product, Development, Delivery, and Customer-facing teams to ensure strong customer outcomes
n
Contribute to internal knowledge base documentation and process improvements
n
Identify recurring customer pain points and improvement opportunities
n
Share customer feedback with relevant internal stakeholders to help improve products and services
n
Continue building product and industry knowledge through internal training and enablement programs
n
n
What You Need to Have
n
We are far more interested in dealership operational experience and systems aptitude than traditional IT support backgrounds.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Minimum of 1-2 years of automotive dealership experience in Sales Admin, F&I;, Finance, Compliance, or Dealer Administration
n
Experience in one or more roles such as:n
n
Business Manager / F&I; Manager
n
Dealership Administrator
n
Accounts / Finance Administrator
n
Vehicle Stock Controller
n
n
Strong understanding of dealership workflows, including:n
n
Vehicle sale lifecycle from deal to delivery
n
F&I; processes including finance, insurance, and add-on products
n
Stock control and floorplan management
n
Registration, compliance, and statutory reporting
n
Dealer accounting processes including receipting, invoicing, and reconciliations
n
OEM operational and reporting processes
n
n
Strong systems aptitude and confidence learning recent software platforms
n
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to professionally support customers
n
Confidence delivering customer guidance, training, or workflow assistance
n
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer onsite support, go-lives, or workshops
n
