The Roles
n
n
Development Managers: Lead front-end operations and delivery management for mixed-use, residential-commercial projects, focusing on developments with over 100+ apartments.
n
Senior Design & Pre-Construction Managers: Spearhead pre-construction activities for mixed-use and residential-commercial projects exceeding $100M.
n
Senior Estimator: Lead the bidding process and pre-construction cost estimation for projects with budgets exceeding $60M.
n
(Senior) Project Managers:



Oversee project delivery on mixed-use, residential-commercial projects valued at $100M plus, managing projects with 100+, depending on the scope.
n
(Senior) Contracts Administrators (QS): Manage contracts and quantification for projects valued at $100M plus; work on assignments involving 150+ apartment developments.
n
Senior Site Managers: Multiple opportunities available for candidates with experience in mixed-use and commercial-residential projects involving over 100 residential dwellings.
n
Site Foremen / General Foremen: Join teams working on projects over $80M in value, covering 100+ units/apartments.
n
Project & Site Engineers (QA/QC): Provide pre-construction and delivery support, including documentation for mixed-use, residential and commercial projects exceeding $80M.
n
WHSEQ Manager: Lead and manage project safety across a portfolio of mixed-use residential and commercial projects (100+ units/apartment developments).
n
n
Other Opportunities: Construction Management and Project Director roles are also available for energetic leaders looking to make their mark across the construction and development spectrum.

About You
n
We are eager to connect with local professionals who:
n
n
Hold degrees and/or relevant industry qualifications in architecture, construction, project management, property economics, urban planning, or engineering.
n
Possess proven experience and a track record of success in delivering high-rise residential, commercial or industrial (mixed-use) projects within the VIC market.
n
Have a deep understanding of industry standards, cutting-edge construction software, and strong local market relationships.
n
