About the Role

n

GPK Group is seeking a full time Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our Hallam, VIC office. You will play a hands-on role across our end-to-end Service Desk and onsite desktop work, designing, building, testing, and implementing ICT systems and solutions while driving client projects.

n

Duties

n

n
Design, build, test, and implement ICT systems and solutions for clients.
n
Drive client projects and manage the end-to-end service delivery process.
n
Document project scopes and maintain accurate technical records.
n
Provide network and hardware management for clients across various technology areas.
n
Support, advise, coach, mentor, and train stakeholders.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
Experience in an MSP workplace across Level 1 and Level 2 roles.
n
Experience with firewalls, Microsoft platforms,



virtual settings, and ticketing systems.
n
Experience managing complex multisite clients and technical accounts.
n
Relevant IT qualification with a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
n
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n
Base salary from $70,000 - $80,000 + Super plus after-hours pay opportunities.
n
