Qualifications & experience

Sound computing skills, such as Microsoft Office / Outlook.

Great phone manner and customer service skills

n

Team culture, versatile and able to multi-task

n

Previous accounts experience and accounting software advantageous

n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

Customer support, via phone & email

n

Administrative support role - support Management and Employees

n

Accounts - general accounts processing and knowledge of invoicing, creditors & debtors

n

Data entry, record keeping and high attention to detail including previous quality assurance processing highly regarded

n

Flexible schedule available to accommodate personal circumstances
