Job Description

Penrith City Council is seeking motivated Duty Managers to join the Venue Operations Team at Ripples Leisure Centre and other council venues. Roles include temporary full time, temporary part time, and casual positions with multiple shifts, including early mornings and weekends during summer season Oct 2026–Apr 2027, with training starting Sept.

You will lead customer service excellence, mentor staff, handle daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to procedures.
