Our client is a leading beds and bedding retailer seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is confident in a sales environment and takes pride in helping people find the right products for their needs. You'll be working in a showroom environment where product knowledge, customer service and achieving sales results are key.
n
You'll guide customers through the purchasing process, understand their needs and recommend the right beds, mattresses and bedding products.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Welcoming customers and creating a positive showroom experience
n
Understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations
n
Managing sales from initial enquiry through to completion
n
Working towards individual and store sales targets
n
Building strong customer relationships and following up on enquiries
n
Developing detailed knowledge of the product range
n
Maintaining showroom presentation and product standards
n
Supporting general showroom operations and administration
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for a confident and personable salesperson who enjoys working with customers and is motivated by achieving results.

You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous retail or sales experience
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
Confidence working towards sales targets
n
A customer-first approach and skilled manner
n
Strong listening and consultative selling skills
n
Good attention to detail and organisation
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
A genuine interest in beds, bedding or homewares is advantageous
n

Full-time position

Sunday to Thursday roster

Friday and Saturday off every week
