ROLE

n

Due to growth, the position of Senior Financial Advisor has been created. This position will suit a candidate who has exceptional client relationship management skills. There will be an existing client base provided and extensive internal referrals provided. The average client has circa $1.3m FUM and an average fee of $8,000.

n

There is no requirement to bring in new clients or conduct new business development.

CANDIDATE

n





The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

n

n
6+ years experience in Financial Planning
n
Degree in Business/Commerce + FASEA compliant
n
Extensive experience with a wide variety of financial products
n
Experience with direct investments, SMSFs, trusts, investment companies
n
Exceptional client relationship management experience and outstanding ability to focus on retention
n
Outstanding longevity and a reliable employment history (non negotiable)
n
Exceptional communication and presentation
n

The successful candidate will remunerated with an above market salary package of up to $160k+ Super + Bonuses. There is strong earning potential on offer (OTE $200k +).
