Maintenance Roofer
to join our team on a
full-time basis

Salisbury, QLD ****

As a Maintenance Roofer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and longevity of residential and commercial roofing systems, contributing directly to the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
What you'll be doing
Conduct routine inspections of roofing systems to identify damage, wear, and maintenance needs
Perform repairs and maintenance on various roofing materials including tiles, metal, and asphalt shingles
Replace damaged or deteriorated roof sections to prevent leaks and structural damage
Install flashing, guttering, and downpipes to ensure proper water drainage
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed and materials used
Diagnose roofing problems and recommend appropriate solutions to clients
Work safely at heights using appropriate safety equipment and protocols
Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair requirements and timelines
Collaborate with other tradespeople on larger projects as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Maintenance Roofer or in a similar roofing role within the building trades industry
Sound knowledge of various roofing materials and repair techniques
Current and valid qualifications in roof work,



including appropriate certifications for working at heights
Strong understanding of safety protocols and workplace health and safety regulations
Ability to accurately assess damage and determine suitable repair methods
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, professional attitude with strong communication skills
Physical fitness and ability to work safely in challenging conditions and at heights
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sites
Preferably, knowledge of gutter systems, flashing installation, and preventative maintenance techniques
