What you'll be doing
n
You'll take ownership of your listings from appraisal through to settlement while creating an outstanding experience for every client.
n
Your day-to-day will include:
n
Winning new business and growing your local market presence
n
Building long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
n
Guiding vendors and buyers with honest, expert advice
n
Conducting appraisals, open homes and private inspections
n
Creating tailored marketing campaigns that get properties noticed
n
Negotiating confidently to achieve the best possible outcomes
n
Managing your pipeline using our industry-leading CRM and technology
n
Keeping up to date with local market trends and legislation
n
Supporting and mentoring newer team members while contributing to our positive team culture
n
Networking within the community and representing the Ray White brand with pride
n
What we're looking for
n
We're looking for someone driven, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people make one of life's biggest decisions.
n
You'll ideally have:
n




3+ years' experience in residential real estate sales
n
A proven history of listing and selling property
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic
n
Confidence working independently while being a great team player
n
Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing tools
n
A current Victorian Estate Agent Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate
n
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
