We are seeking an experienced National Operations Managerto play a pivotal role in driving operational consistency, project
performance,capability
development and continuous improvement across our national network.

Reporting to the General Manager – Operations / NationalAccounts, this role provides strategic and hands‐on support to our StateOperations Teams, helping deliver exceptional project outcomes,
operationalefficiencies
and sustainable growth.

About the Role

As National Operations Manager, you will partner closelywith operational leaders across Australia to improve project
delivery,strengthen
operational capabilities and embed best practice throughout thebusiness.

Key responsibilities include
n
Operational Performance
n
n
Conductpost-project reviews and identify opportunities for improved marginperformance.
n
Supportoperational teams with project planning, delivery and
performanceimprovement.
n
Drivefinancial discipline through WIP management, billing accuracy and claimsprocesses.
n
Assistbranches in achieving revenue, profitability and debtor managementtargets.
n
Identifyand implement operational efficiency opportunities nationally.
n
n
Operational Excellence & Compliance
n
n
Ensure consistency inoperational processes and project delivery standards.
n
Drive compliance withquality assurance, ISO and internal operational systems.
n
Lead
nationaloperational
reviews and corrective action programs.
n
Support customercomplaint resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Facilitate monthlynational operations meetings.
n
n
Leadership, Coaching & Training
n
n
Develop
operationalcapability




across Project Managers, Supervisors and operational teams.
n
Deliver trainingprograms through the Higgins Training Academy.
n
Conduct
operationalcompetency
assessments and identify development opportunities.
n
Partner with suppliersand stakeholders to deliver industry‐leading operational training.
n
Coach and mentoroperational leaders to build future capability.
n
Provide support oncritical and complex projects across the business.
n
Partner with suppliersto improve service delivery and identify cost‐saving opportunities.
n
Support implementationand compliance of supplier service level agreements.
n

About You
n
You are a highly credible operational leader with strongcommercial acumen and a passion for developing people and
improvingperformance.
n
You will ideally bring:

Significant experienceleading operations within construction, coatings, maintenance,
facilitiesmanagement
or related industries.
n
Strong projectmanagement and commercial management capability.
n
Proven ability toinfluence and drive outcomes through others.
n
Experience coaching anddeveloping operational teams.
n
Strong analytical andproblem‐solving skills.
n
Excellent
stakeholderengagement
and communication skills.
n
High attention to detailand commitment to operational excellence.
n
Ability to travelnationally as required.

Strong Microsoft Officecapability.
