Job Description

The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) in Wallsend, Newcastle, is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the clinical care team at Woodlands Lodge. You will ensure residents receive evidence-based, person-centred care and guide nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver best practices.

You will oversee care plans, quality improvement, risk management, training, and regulatory compliance, while supporting staff development in a team-oriented, values-driven workplace.
