We are seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Factory Hand / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines factory and production duties with local truck driving and delivery responsibilities.

The successful candidate will enjoy a diverse workday, working within our manufacturing facility while also assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Duties
n
n
Assisting with the manufacture, assembly and preparation of products.
n
Operating factory equipment and machinery safely.
n
Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
n
Loading and unloading materials and finished products.
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and secure work environment.
n
Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
n
Following quality control procedures and workplace safety requirements.
n
n
Delivery Duties
n
n
Conducting local and regional deliveries as required.
n
Loading, securing and unloading products safely.
n
Completing delivery documentation accurately.
n
Performing daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
n
Providing skilled and courteous customer service during deliveries.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
n
Experience working with tools, machinery or mechanical equipment.
n
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
n
Good communication skills and customer service focus.
n
Current Driver's Licence.
n
MR Licence.
n
Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
n
