About the Role
n
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be a person who enjoys the challenge of a hands on role, thrives in an exclusive club environment and wants to make a difference ensuring food hygiene and health and safety compliance is maintained at all times.
n
n
Available to work early mornings, late nights and weekends;
n
Takes impeccable pride in their appearance and personal hygiene;
n
Adheres to exceptional service standards; and
n
Holds a clear understanding of both written & spoken English.
n
n




Duties and Responsibilities:
n
n
Assist with food preparation;
n
Assist with clearing and maintaining lounge;
n
Stock for daily business and maintain stock levels; and
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
n
n
The role requires you to work across a 7-day roster however please note:
n
n
The spread of hours will be allocated in collaboration with you to suit the needs of both the club and you;
n
You will not be required to work every weekend if this is your preference;
n
You will be a valued team member and treated accordingly; and
n
Your input and ideas will be heard and implemented.
n

Flexible hours and days are required for this role
n
Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
n
