Join Vertical Scope Group's Qualified Services Division as we are seeking a driven, highly skilled and competent TSPV, Senior Virtual Desktop System Administrator to support our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.
n
About You:
n
n
Must have or must be able to obtain a TSPV clearance.
n
Can be based in ACT, QLD, VIC and SA.
n
Demonstrated knowledge to design, build, test and operate ICT systems and network services.
n
n
About the role:
n
n
Design, test and deploy new versions of the Windows operating system, build and maintain system images and provide integration for VMware and Citrix VDI Platforms.
n
Integrate and support management of security software and configurations.
n
Provide and develop VM image and template automation.
n
Implement VDI performance monitoring and tool tuning for a dynamic network environment.
n
Implement regular checks to confirm system health status, including hardware and software.
n
Develop and operate a backup and recovery service for virtualised Windows systems.
n
Preferable - Integrate with MFA solutions.
n
Preferable - Develop and operate a Windows Server platform including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, remote desktop services and WSUS.
n
Preferable - Troubleshoot and resolve Windows issues.
n
n
Technical Skills & Knowledge
n
n
Demonstrated experience and qualifications in administering Omnissa (VMware EUC) and Citrix Cloud technologies.
n
Deployment and imaging technology troubleshooting.
n




Desirable - Demonstrated experience and qualifications in Microsoft server and desktop technologies (including Exchange, WSUS, MECM).
n
Desirable - Experience in Microsoft PowerShell scripting.
n
