We're growing our Victorian team and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to establish and manage a Warehousing and Logistics recruitment desk across Melbourne's north-west.
n
This is a highly client-facing position suited to someone who enjoys visiting warehouse and distribution environments, understanding day-to-day workforce operations and delivering practical recruitment solutions. You'll benefit from warm introductions, established networks and the support of a recognised recruitment brand.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across temporary and permanent placements, partnering with clients to understand their operational and workforce needs while building a strong network of reliable candidates.

About the Role
n
n




Establish and manage a Warehousing and Logistics recruitment desk across temporary and permanent recruitment
n
Build trusted partnerships with clients across Melbourne's north-west
n
Regularly visit warehouses, distribution centres and logistics operations to understand their teams, processes and workforce requirements
n
Partner with warehouse managers, operations managers and hiring managers to deliver responsive recruitment support
n
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from receiving a vacancy through to placement and ongoing account management
n
Strengthen client relationships through regular communication, reliable service and on-site support
n
Identify opportunities to provide additional workforce solutions to existing and prospective clients
n
Source, screen, interview and place candidates across warehousing, transport, logistics, distribution and supply chain operations
n
Recruit for roles including pick packers, forklift operators, storepeople, process workers, dispatch staff, inventory controllers, drivers, supervisors and warehouse managers
n
Develop and maintain reliable talent pools to support high-volume and urgent workforce requirements
n
Coordinate onboarding, reference checks, compliance and placement administration
n




Monitor placements and provide ongoing support to clients and candidates
n
Deliver an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process
n

About You
n
n
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within warehousing, logistics, transport, supply chain, manufacturing or industrial recruitment
n
A sound understanding of warehouse and logistics environments would be highly regarded
n
Strong relationship-building and client account management skills
n
Comfortable meeting clients and regularly visiting operational sites
n
Confident managing temporary labour requirements, permanent vacancies and changing workforce demands
n
A genuine interest in understanding clients' operations and workforce challenges
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
n
Proactive, resilient and service-focused
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
n
