Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
n
Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
n
To produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
n
Support design management and procurement activities.
n
Support stakeholder consultation
n
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
n
T&T; safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance
n
To assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance etc
n
Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team.

Qualifications
n
n
A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience
n




Min of 5 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
n
Must be able to work within a large team environment and bring growth mindset.
n
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
n
Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and writing skills
n
Must be able to be involved in general office assistance
n
Must be able to fit into a small team environment and bring a growth mindset
n
Retail project experience is ideal.
