About the Role

As General Manager at our Legana home, you will:
n
n
Lead the overall operations and performance of the residence
n
Deliver outstanding person-centred care and resident experiences
n
Coach, develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams
n
Drive quality, compliance,



safety and accreditation outcomes
n
Manage occupancy, financial performance and business targets
n
Foster strong relationships with residents, families and the local community
n
n

What You'll Bring
n

Demonstrated senior leadership experience in aged care, health or a related service setting
n
Strong commercial and operational management capability
n
Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
n
Knowledge of aged care funding and service delivery requirements
n
Ability to drive change, continuous improvement and quality outcomes
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
