Job Description

Opal Fibre Packaging Australia, Bibra Lake site, is seeking a Day Shift Manager to lead our manufacturing teams from 7am to 3pm, driving safety, quality and production targets while supporting continuous improvements across the site.

The role requires proven team leadership in a rapid-paced workplace, plus experience with SAP and MS Office. You will mentor staff, coordinate daily meetings, and ensure payroll and admin tasks are completed accurately.
