Ironman 4x4 is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure stock is received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
n
Maintain accurate stock levels and drive inventory performance through effective planning and reporting.
n
Ensure DIFOT targets and operational KPIs are achieved.
n
Drive workplace health and safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
n
Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to maximise productivity and accountability.
n
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
n
Prepare and deliver accurate operational and performance reports.
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
n
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
n
Experience using warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
n
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
Safety-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.
n
Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred).
