We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll and Accounts Payable Clerk to join our extremely busy and energetic team!

n

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations, maintaining employee records, and all accounts payable functions.

n

Immediate start is available and this is a full-time and onsite role

n

The primary functions for this role include:

n

Weekly Payroll processing for 100+ employees
n
Maintaining employee and payroll records and respond to queries
n
Set up and maintain supplier records
n
Processing and reviewing of supplier invoices
n
Processing payments including ad hoc payments and cheques
n
Reconciling supplier invoices to supplier statements
n
Following up missing documents and queries
n

Skills and Experience:

n





The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

n

n
Qualifications in accounting preferred with bookkeeping qualifications considered
n
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
n
Experience working with employment awards and timesheets
n
Knowledge of visa requirements highly regarded
n
Experience in accounts payable processing
n
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
n
High attention to detail
n
Solid organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
n
Demonstrate sound computer and spreadsheet skills
n
Team playerwith awillingness to learn
n
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
