The role

Client relationships: Manage day to day client relationships & outputs, exceeding expectations as standard.
n
Project management: Own task and project briefs, timelines and budgets.
n
Creative briefs: Write briefs that are thorough yet concise, translating client objectives clearly for our Studio Team.
n
Strategy:



Provide day to day brand guidance to clients and contribute to Overport's strategy and branding projects.
n
Process: Keep our processes humming and flag improvements where you spot them.
n
Coaching: Guide and support our Community Manager.
n
Support: Keep Overport's Directors informed and backed up.
n

You'll need
n
n
A degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
n
5+ years of agency experience
n
A robust grasp of social media
n
The ability to juggle multiple priorities at pace without dropping a thing
n
Sharp listening and communication skills
n
Presentation skills that influence and inspire
n
A knack for solving problems quickly
n
Calm under pressure
n
A genuine passion for communications and a whatever it takes attitude
