Disability Connect is seeking an experienced NDIS professional with an established network across Brisbane and South East Queensland to help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is not a cold-calling role. This is not a role for someone learning the sector.

We're looking for someone who already understands the NDIS landscape, has credibility within the industry and knows how to build trusted stakeholder relationships that create long-term opportunities.

About Disability Connect

Disability Connect is a specialist NDIS provider supporting people living with complex and neurodegenerative conditions including Huntington's Disease, Parkinson's Disease and Younger Onset Dementia.

Our reputation has been built on transparency, clinical quality, responsiveness and participant outcomes.

As we continue to expand across South East Queensland, we're looking for the right person to help strengthen our referral networks and strategic partnerships throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions.

About the Role
n
You will play a key role in expanding Disability Connect's presence across Brisbane through strategic stakeholder engagement and relationship development.
n
You will work closely with:
n
You will work directly alongside senior leadership to identify opportunities,
strengthen referral pathways and help position Disability Connect as a provider of choice within the sector.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 5 years experience within the NDIS sector
n
Existing professional relationships across Brisbane and South East Queensland
n
Solid understanding of NDIS funding, participant pathways and service delivery
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Self-motivated and highly professional
n
Current driver's licence
n
n
Highly Regarded
