Help shape the growth of the maritime business across the region
n
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and industry partners
n
Provide technical leadership in the maritime sector
n
Lead a range of complex maritime projects across the wider region
n
Develop a culture of outstanding delivery within the team
n
Conduct business development from chance identification through pursuit and project securing
n
Deliver port and coastal engineering projects across Australia, Current Zealand, and the Pacific Islands
n
Contribute to technical delivery, project leadership, and client relationship management
n
Requirementsn
n
Extensive senior-level experience in port/marine infrastructure projects in a consulting environment
n
Experience across technical delivery, project leadership, and maintaining client relationships
n
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
n
Chartered Engineer
n
Familiarity with Australian and local codes and technical standards for marine structure design
n
Extensive experience with international maritime codes and standards, including IBC, British Standards, PIANC, OCIMF, and USACE
n
Experience in port and/or shipyard masterplanning would be beneficial
n
Experience working in the Pacific and designing works in the Pacific region would be beneficial
n




Experience working with contractors and delivering designs under Design and Construct or similar arrangements would be beneficial
n

Demonstrates extensive senior-level experience in port and marine infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on technical delivery, project leadership, and client relationship management. Holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer, familiar with Australian and international maritime codes and standards.
