The Role
n
An exciting full-time opportunity exists for a hands‐on Venue Manager to lead our boutique aquatic and health club facility in Wyndham Vale, delivering exceptional service, strong operations, and community-focused programs for 6,000 residents.
n
Key Accountabilities:
n

Provide hands‐on,people focusedleadership to foster a welcoming,high-
performanceculture,
step into operational shifts
whenrequiredtomaintaincontinuity
of service
n
Lead daily operations across aquatics, health club, and customer service functions
n
Ensure high safety standards through effective compliance, risk management, and venue supervision
n
Support and grow learn‐to‐swim programs, including instructor coordination and delivery
n
Manage financial performance in line with the venue'sbudget
n
Build a strong relationship withour contract partnerto achieve shared goals
n
Recruit, coach, and empower acustomer‐centricteam
n
n
About You
n
You're a hands‐on leader with experience in aquatics, health clubs or community‐focused venues, passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences,



building strong teams, and driving safe, high‐performing operations.
n
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
n
n
Experience leading teams in aquatics, fitness, leisure, or a similar service industry
n
Operational experience with safety and compliance frameworks
n
n
Ability to obtain:
n
n
First Aid & CPR
n
Working With Children Check
n
Police Check
n
n
