Job Description
n Reporting to the General Manager, theRooms DivisionManager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the property, overseeing the rooms division while supporting broader operational excellence.
n
This is a highly visible, guest-facing leadership position requiring someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both guests and team members.
n
Initially responsible for Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations, the role will also work closely alongside Food & Beverage leadership to ensure a seamless guest journey across the property.
n
Key responsibilities include:

Lead and develop the Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations teams.
n
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through a personalised, service-led approach.
n
Support operational performance across all accommodation functions.
n
Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
n
Drive team engagement,
servicestandardsand
continuous operational improvement.
n

Candidate Profile
n You are a passionate hospitality professional with a strong background in rooms operations and a genuine commitment to personalised guest service.
n
You enjoy leading from the front, are comfortable wearing multiple hats, and excel within boutique or lifestyle hospitality environments where every guest interaction matters.
