About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, the COO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team providing strategic leadership across the business operations, with oversight of financial management, Information Technology, NDIS planning & billing functions, property & fleet management, and risk management.

Must have significant operational leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector.

Strong understanding of the NDIS, compliance requirements, and sector challenges.

Strong financial and resource management skills
n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
n
Experience leading large, diverse teams in a complex workplace.
