Job Description
Sportsbet is seeking a Safer Gambling Specialist to protect customer wellbeing by identifying gambling-related risk and delivering timely interventions.
You will work in a rapid-paced case management environment, assess customer behaviour, manage inbound and outbound interactions, and make informed decisions about safeguards and ongoing support.
This full-time role offers a rotating roster (38 hours per week) with evenings, weekends and holidays; hybrid working from Melbourne or Darwin.
